Protein are the most important component of our diet. They are not only the building blocks of our body but can also help you to stay fit and in fact loose weight. So guys focus on your diet and make sure you are getting enough of the proteins. Proteins are especially important the growing age groups, pregnant females. I have tried to make this a list a combination of items from both vegan amd non vegan diet.
