2) They do their own chores
You might have all the means to pay and get your work done-but when you can do the same work yourself, and save money and lose weight simultaneously-then it becomes a win-win situation. This includes carrying loads, cleaning your house or taking the stairs instead of elevator. This way you don’t have to ‘work out’ and can burn up to 400-600 calories.
3) They eat breakfast
Did you notice that whenever you skip breakfast in the morning, you become the grumpiest person you ever know? That is because breakfast is the most important meal of the day. You can skip lunch or even dinner should you want but missing breakfast is never a good option.
