Ingredients:
- 300 g of wheat in grain
- 280 g of wheat flour
- 100 g of white flour
- 80 g almonds grated raw
- 80 g of coconut grated
- 150 g of molasses (molasses)
- 1 tablespoon sesame
- Seeds 1 tablespoon anise
- 14 tablespoons oil seeds
- 200 mL of water
How to Make:
- Grind wheat.
- Boil water with anise for 5 minutes and turn off heat. When the water is warm, add the remaining ingredients and knead until a smooth paste.
- Spread this paste with a rolling pin on a floured board, until it becomes 5mm thick.
- Cut with cookie cutters or a glass, and place the pieces obtained in the baking previously oiled. Bake at medium heat until brown on both sides.
- Cool and store in an airtight container until ready to consume.
