Almond Biscuit : A Recipe full of health and Taste

Ingredients:

  • 300 g of wheat in grain
  • 280 g of wheat flour
  • 100 g of white flour
  • 80 g almonds grated raw
  • 80 g of coconut grated
  • 150 g of molasses (molasses)
  • 1 tablespoon sesame
  • Seeds 1 tablespoon anise
  • 14 tablespoons oil seeds
  • 200 mL of water

How to Make:

  • Grind wheat.
  • Boil water with anise for 5 minutes and turn off heat. When the water is warm, add the remaining ingredients and knead until a smooth paste.
  • Spread this paste with a rolling pin on a floured board, until it becomes 5mm thick.
  • Cut with cookie cutters or a glass, and place the pieces obtained in the baking previously oiled. Bake at medium heat until brown on both sides.
  • Cool and store in an airtight container until ready to consume.
