Directions |
Boil water and add spaghetti, cook till 80% done. Heat olive oil in a pan add chopped garlic, chopped onions, blanched tomatoes, tomato puree, tomato ketchup, sugar, vinegar, Chilli flakes, pepper powder and add required water and cook for 5 minutes. Now add oregano, thyme, rosemary, chopped red and green bell pepper pieces. Reduce the flame and cook till it thick. Now add the cooked pasta mix it slowly. Garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot. |
