Creamy Vegetable Pasta – A healthy & Delicious Italian Dish

Ingredients:

1/2 medium fresh tomato 1/3 Tbsp. olive oil 3/4 cup fresh yellow squash 1/4 tsp. dried oregano 1/4 tsp. garlic powder 1/3 cup nonfat ricotta cheese 1 Tbsp. fresh, grated Parmesan cheese

Directions

Prepare pasta according to below recipe; drain and set aside. Chop tomato and yellow squash. Heat oil in a nonstick skillet over medium heat, add vegetables with spices; sauté for 4-5 minutes, until tender. Add cooked pasta and ricotta cheese and heat through for 2-3 minutes. Serve with Parmesan cheese.

Tomato- Basil Pasta- A Mouthwatering & Tasty Dish

Ingredients

4 medium tomatoes, diced (4 cups) 2 tsp. dried basil 2 tsp. chopped garlic 1 tsp. salt (optional) 1/4 tsp. ground black pepper 6 oz. your favorite shape pasta grated Parmesan cheese (optional)

Directions

Mix the first five ingredients and let sit at room temperature at least one hour.

Cook pasta according to package directions and drain. Top pasta with tomato mixture. Serve immediately and top with Parmesan cheese if desired. Makes 6 cups (four 1 1/2 cup servings).

Chocolate dosa – A perfect delight to your kids

Cooking time: 15 min.

Preparation time: 5 min.

Servings : 2  person

Ingredient Name Quantity UnitMilk  1 CupChocolate  1/4 CupButter  1/2 TeaspoonsAll purpose flour  1 CupBaking powder  1/2 Teaspoons

 

Directions1. Heat milk in a pan and switch off flame and add chocolate and mix nicely.

2. Add butter and mix it, later add all purpose flour, baking powder and mix nicely.

3. Warm pan and place one ladleful of batter and spread dosa.
