Almond Biscuit : A Recipe full of health and Taste

Ingredients:

300 g of wheat in grain 280 g of wheat flour 100 g of white flour 80 g almonds grated raw 80 g of coconut grated 150 g of molasses (molasses) 1 tablespoon sesame Seeds 1 tablespoon anise 14 tablespoons oil seeds 200 mL of water

How to Make:

Grind wheat. Boil water with anise for 5 minutes and turn off heat. When the water is warm, add the remaining ingredients and knead until a smooth paste. Spread this paste with a rolling pin on a floured board, until it becomes 5mm thick. Cut with cookie cutters or a glass, and place the pieces obtained in the baking previously oiled.
