Description
A chicken sandwich or chicken burger is typically a boneless, skinless, breast of chicken in a bun or between two slices of bread.

Chopped coriander  1 Bunch
Chopped parsley  2 Tablespoons
Garam masala  1 Teaspoons
Red chilly flakes  1 Tablespoons
Garlic  1 Teaspoons
Salt To Taste
Pepper powder  1 Teaspoons
Cream  2 Tablespoons
Chicken fat  100 Grams
Chicken  500 Grams

 

Directions
1. Cut the chicken breast into small cubes and add chicken fat, blend in a blender make a nice coarse mince. In this add cream, pepper powder, salt, garlic, red chilly flakes, garam masala, chopped parsley, chopped coriander, lemon juice, mix it well and divide the mixture into equal patties, and coat with the bread crumb.
2. Heat butter in a pan and shallow fry the coated chicken patties, Serve patties on burger buns with your favorite filling.
