General advice that we often hear about how to get happiness is by changing our attitudes or habits. It is very precise, but sometimes in certain situations we need a fast and easy way to immediately elevate our mentality from adversity.

The good news is there are simple methods that can instantly lift your mental immediately.
Below is a list of methods how you can find happiness in just 5 minutes, following an explanation of how each of these methods work.

Few tips before you read any further: If you just read and then nod-nod in agreement, you will not get to experience anything. I strongly encourage you to practice. Not hard and believe you will get something out of these methods.

1. Write a list of thank you

We often do not realize how many things we can actually grateful. I give you an example little to provoke your brain: you can eat 3 times a day, you can complete your work, you can return home safely, you can play around with your child, you can take a walk with friends, You can medengarkan your favorite song, you are in good health, and many others.

A study says that people whose lives are filled with gratitude reported no significant health problems and feel much better life overall. They even made positive progress on the achievement of important goals in their lives.

– Rewind your brain since you wake up this morning until you write today.
– Write down 5 things you are grateful for in your life.

I will give a few illustrations: one of the things that make us feel happy is when we have just recovered from illness. After a long time we lay on the bed plus the appetite is not good, finally we can feel happiness because we can move back to normal.

– Close your eyes in a circle with a piece of cloth.
– Perform your routine activities as far as you can.

– Turn your head slowly clockwise, then counter-clockwise.
– Swing your left and right hand circular toward the front, then to the back.
– Rotate your waist. Do it clockwise, then counter-clockwise.
– Squat position straightened left leg to the side. Do the same with the right foot.

4. Take a deep breath

“Breathe and God will come near you. Hold the breath and God remains with you. Exhale then you will be closer to God. Keep blowing and surrender to God. “

Do you have a deep breath or shallow? Most people have a shallow breath.To find out try to do the following test:
Put your palms on your lower abdomen and take a deep breath / in. If your stomach goes into when you breathe in, then you have a relatively shallow breaths. If instead of your stomach pushed out, then you have a deep breath.

– Open up the palm of your hand and see.
– Remember what your hands are already doing all your life.
– Raise the back while much detail as possible when you succeed remember.

7. Remain in silence
