1. Prepare a simple pack at home:
Ingredients: Potato, cucumber , coconut oil
How to prepare: Peel the potato and cucumber and grate them separately, take equal quantities of both and mix well
Direction for use: Apply on the affected area around the eyes , leave for 20-25 minutes.
Rinse with cold water.
Take a little coconut oil on the tips of your fingers and massage on the dark circles in circular motion, first clockwise and then anticlockwise.
Leave this overnight
2. Tomatoes & lemon juice can really help you:
Mix one teaspoon of tomato juice with a teaspoon of lemon juice and apply it under your eyes. Leave it for about 10 minutes and then, wash it off with water. Repeat this remedy at least twice a day. On a daily basis you can also drink tomato juice mixed with some lemon juice and mint leaves in order to get rid of dark circles
3. Apply rose water:
Rose water has incredible ingredient for skin care. It rejuvenates the skin and has a soothing effect on tired eyes.
- Soak cotton eye pads in pure rose water for a few minutes.
- Put the soaked pads on your closed eyelids.
- Leave them on for about 15 minutes.
- Follow this remedy twice daily for a few weeks.
4. Use green tea bags:
Green tea is rich in antioxidants and can make up for antioxidant deficiencies in the body that contribute to dark circles. Pour hot water over two tea bags and let them steep for 5 minutes. Remove the tea bags and place them in the freezer. Remove when the tea bags are very cold. Lie down and press the tea bags onto your eyes. Hold them there for about 15 minutes. Rinse your eyes with cold water and pat dry.
5. Try cucumber slices:
Cucumbers have a number of healing properties, including a restorative and healing effect on skin. To use cucumbers on your eyes, refrigerate a large cucumber until it is very cold, and then cut it into 1⁄2 inch (1.3 cm) slices. Lie down with your head back and place one slice of cucumber over each of your eyes. Let the cucumber sit there for 10-15 minutes.
