INGREDIENTS:
- For about 4 pots:
- 1 kg of blueberrys
- 600-700 g sugar blond cane
- 1 clove of vanilla
- 1 citron
PREPARATION :
- Put the washed blueberries in a saucepan with the sugar, vanilla pod split in two, one glass of water and lemon juice, bring to boil and simmer 20 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Check the cooking by pouring a spoonful of jam on an inclined plate: If sag is liquid, continue cooking if on the contrary it freezes flowing, put in jars.

THE TRICK:
