INGREDIENTS:
- 6 instant miso soups
- 1 carrot
- 1 piece of gin ger
- 1 clove garlic
- 6 strands coriander
- Sesame oil
- 1 squash head
- 1 leaf cabbage
- sauce soy
- 1 liter of water
PREPARATION :
Peel the carrot and zucchini, leaving a little green, cut into thin strips. Chop finely the cabbage leaf. Peel the ginger and garlic, chop them.
Sauté all ingredients in a pan with sesame oil 1 net, 5 minutes over low heat, then pour the water, bring to boil and simmer 5 minutes.
Add instant sachets, stir well and as soon as the boil, remove from heat, add the chopped coriander, a few drops of soy sauce and serve.
