1 ready-made pizza base (refrigerator supermarket or specialty Italian)
1/2 cup mushrooms, brushed clean and, where necessary, into the thinnest possible slices
1/2 sphere buffalo or regular mozarella (60 gram, in the thinnest possible slices)
2 tablespoons freshly grated Parmesan cheese
2 teaspoons dried oregano
1 tablespoon olive oil of good quality
Preheat oven 10 minutes at 250 degrees (electric oven). Garnish the pizza with mozzarella.
Garnish the pizza with mozzarella. Spread it evenly over the pizza and bake the pizza for about 5 minutes. So your mozzarella has melted a bit.
Remove the pizza out of the oven and spreads it with the rest of the ingredients except the olive oil. Bake the pizza for up to 10 minutes or until all of the cheese is melted and lightly golden brown.
Just before serving you sprinkle the pizza with olive oil. So good!
