50 g butter, 150 g dark chocolate chopped, 1 tablespoon honey, 100g crunchy muesli apple-raisin, 150g dried fruits
Melt the butter with the chocolate and the honey in a saucepan over low heat. Stir smooth. Remove the pan from the heat and stir in the dried fruit and muesli on. Spoon the chocolate granola mixture into the lined baking tin. Press the right and leave the cake at least 4 hours in the refrigerator to harden. Pour out the chocolate granola cake carefully and cut it into strips 8-10. Store the granola bars up to 3 days between waxed paper in a closed drum in a cool place.
