Most of the people taking care of the cleanliness and health of nails with frequent trips to the salon. But, actually there are a few things you need to consider to make your nails healthy and not brittle

Food

Brittle nails indicate that you need more nutrients. Try eating fish and nuts to get the excess fatty acid content.

Tomato juice

If you want a strong nails, you can use tomato juice. Tomatoes that have been destroyed can be applied on your finger nails. Let stand for a minute, then rinse.

Salt

Mix the salt into the bowl has been filled with water. Soak your nails in it.Do this twice a week to get strong nails.

Almond oil

Almond oil contains antioxidants. Add a few drops of lemon and one tablespoon of almond oil. Apply on the nail, massage gently and rinse after a few minutes.

Coconut oil

Massage your nails with a few drops of olive oil. It also helps strengthen your fingernails.
