Description
Peanut amti recipe or a simple maharashtrian peanut curry that is made on fasting days like navratri, maha shivratri or ekadashi.

 

RECIPE OF PEANUT CURRY

Peanut  1 Cup
Oil  2 Tablespoons
Onion  1/2 Numbers
Salt  0 To
Ginger garlic paste  1/4 Teaspoons
Turmeric powder  1/4 Teaspoons
Coriander powder  1/4 Teaspoons
Garam masala  1 Pinch
Coriander leaves(chopped)  1 Bunch

 

Directions
1. Dry roast peanut and make coarse powder in a blender. 2. Heat oil in a pan and add onion little salt and cook it until it is nice and soft. 3. Add ginger garlic paste, turmeric powder, coriander powder, garam masala, salt and saute it, later add water and cook with lid on it. 4. When onion become soft add peanut and cook for 3-4 mins until oil floats on top. 5. Atlast add coriander leaves and switch off flame. 6. Now peanut curry is ready to serve with rice or roti.
