RECIPE OF PEANUT CURRY
|Ginger garlic paste||1/4||Teaspoons|
|1. Dry roast peanut and make coarse powder in a blender. 2. Heat oil in a pan and add onion little salt and cook it until it is nice and soft. 3. Add ginger garlic paste, turmeric powder, coriander powder, garam masala, salt and saute it, later add water and cook with lid on it. 4. When onion become soft add peanut and cook for 3-4 mins until oil floats on top. 5. Atlast add coriander leaves and switch off flame. 6. Now peanut curry is ready to serve with rice or roti.|
