Quiche Lorraine – A popular french Cuisine

Cooking time: 45 minutes

Ingredients (serves 4):-

– 200 g shortcrust pastry
– 200g bacon
– 30g of butter
– 3 eggs
– 20 cl of cream
– 20 cl milk
– salt and pepper
– nutmeg

How to Make  :

Roll out the dough into a mold, prick with a fork.
Fry the bacon in a pan and then distribute them on the pastry base.
Top with butter chips.
Beat the eggs, cream and milk, season with salt, pepper and nutmeg. Pour over batter.
Bake 45-50 minutes at 180 ° C (gas mark 6).
