0

TRENDS coolest in weight loss method now is to sit in a cold room to burn fat. Sounds nice, does not it? According to the study, this trend could reasonably dipercaya.Seperti reported from Womehealthmag ,

One study in the Journal of Clinical Investigation found that people who spend two hours a day for six weeks in room temperature 17 degrees Celsius, can burn more energy than people who spend time in warmer temperatures.

In a study of diabetes, people who sleep in the room 19 degrees Celsius increased levels of brown fat. Brown fat is a healthy body fat, which is associated with weight loss, healthier blood sugar levels, and longevity.

There is a possibility that, in response to cold temperatures, your body is working to improve your better internal temperature, through shivering and other internal processes, said Christopher Ochner, Ph.D., a nutritionist for USANA and weight loss expert at Mount Sinai Hospital in New York.

However, if this method can cause significant shrinkage of fat? Experts say no. “The effect is relatively small, so it does not cause a lot of burning calories is enough to make a big difference in weight loss efforts,” said Quebbemann. In essence, the human body is not designed for environments with extreme temperatures.
