1. In mixing bowl add maida, salt, and by using hot water make it like a soft dough then rest for 15-20. 2. Now roll this dough like a chapati, then apply butter, sprinkle some flour, and top it with spring onions, red chilli flakes. 3. Then fold it like latcha paratha, then roll, and roast it on a hot pan by applying some oil and serve hot. |
