Tofu & Chocolate Cake – A Perfect Delight to your Tastebuds

Ingredients:

250 grams of tofu

50 grams of sweetener (sugar, brown sugar, syrup, honey …, to taste)

150 grams of defatted cocoa powder

Vanilla extract (optional)

To decorate: chocolate vermicelli, noodles, caramel, coconut, rolled or chopped nuts, etc.

For the base: 2 tablespoons margarine and crushed crackers.

 

Preparation:

We grind the tofu with cocoa and sugar or sweetener and vanilla essence.

On the other hand we grind the cookies with margarine until it becomes a paste. We have pasta in the bottom of a cake pan very chafadita.

Pour the mixture over the tofu and cocoa.

We decorate the surface (nuts, coconut, caramel … noodles). In this case we used chocolate sprinkles.

Let stand in the refrigerator or freezer.

Remove the cake from the refrigerator or freezer just before serving.
