RECIPE OF TOMATO EGG DROP SOUP

EGG  2 Numbers
TOMATO SAUCE/KETCHUP  2 Tablespoons
SOYA SAUCE  1 Tablespoons
CORN STARCH  2 Tablespoons
CLIANTRO LEAVES  1/2 Cup
DICED RIPE TOMATOES  2 Cup
CHICKEN  50 Grams
SALT TO TASTE 0
GREEN CHILLIES  2 Slice

 

Directions
1. First cut chicken into small pieces add pinch of salt add corn starch, and add some egg white and mix it.

2.Drop the chicken pieces into boiling stock. let it Simmer 5 to 7 minutes till the chicken floats on top add some salt, tomatoes, red chilly sauce, and tomato ketchup and Soya sauce, if you like thicker add some corn starch in this take eggs and beat them and pour it into the soup add chopped coriander, server it.
